Each fillable square for patio umbrellas is 20" x 20" x 3.5" inches and can hold; SAND: 38.9 lbs per plate or 115.6 lbs Total or WATER: 38.9 lbs per plate or 115.6 lbs Total. We do not recommend using water in cold temperature settings as freezing water expands causing damage to weights form.
